Please choose an underfloor heating mat that will cover 90% of your floor area. It is best to order slightly less than you need than have too much mat as the cables CAN NOT be cut or shortened in any way.

100 watt per meter electric underfloor heating mats provide a highly economical floor warming system and can be used to cover larger areas (up to 30m2 from one controller)

Due to its lower output 100 watt per meter heating mats are not suitable as a primary heating source, and they are only to be used as secondary heating and taking the chill from cold tiles - for more powerful systems suitable for primary heating see our 150 watt and 200w heating mats.
